As the Agency Director for Globe Life- Liberty National Division (Jason Everette Agency ), Mr. Vaughn hiring, managing and recruiting new agents for worksite and individual sales market. In addition, he also oversees daily operations for the Jason Everette Agency and is sometimes a liaison between the division level and corporate level. Mr. Vaughn handles the annual sponsorship program for all Spin Awards Ceremony events. He receives and reviews sponsorship materials including contracts, proposals, presentations, and manages sponsor participation at events. Mr. Vaughn is a graduate of California State University, San Bernardino.
